Due to the intimate nature of our products, all shapewear items are considered final sale for hygiene and safety reasons.

We do not accept returns or exchanges on shapewear that has been worn, washed, tried on, or removed from its original packaging.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

• Your order number

• Clear photos of the issue

Once verified, we will offer a replacement or store credit at our discretion.

Non-Returnable Items

• Shapewear and bodysuits

• Items marked “Final Sale”

• Items without original packaging

We recommend reviewing our size chart carefully before purchasing. If you are between sizes, we advise sizing up for comfort.
